Freshmen Re-Focus!

For the TC freshmen, last Friday, February 19th, was all about focusing and re-focusing on the plan God has for them in their lives. The entire freshmen class gathered for the annual 9th grade “Re-Focus Retreat” here on campus. The retreat is coordinated by Father Carl Melchior, the diocesan Director of Vocations.

During the retreat, they heard seminarian Drew Woodke, and Sr. Guerline Joseph, FMA share their journeys as they continue to grow closer to the Lord. They watched movies about young men and women discerning their religious vocations. Following the talks and movies, the 40 student members of the TC Campus Ministry Team led the freshmen in discussion groups. The retreat ended with junior Ally Kopp leading all the freshmen in singing the hymn “Lord I Need You”.
