Registration

 

Registration packets will be mailed to those students who have been accepted in mid- February.

 

Ninth grade registration is Saturday, March 7, 2009 from 9:00 – 11:30 A.M. in the Tampa Catholic cafeteria. At the time of registration, student course lists will be available as well as representatives from various sports and student activities programs. Completed registration documents must be included with the registration fee.

 

Registration is a not a long process and takes most people under 30 minutes to complete. To expedite the process, please make sure you bring the following items and have completed them in advance:

 

                        Signed letter of acceptance

                        Completed Registration Form  

                        Completed Financial Registration Form (gray)

                        Registration fee ($400).

                        Completed F.A.C.T.S. Form if not paying tuition in full.

                        (To receive the discount you may pay by cash or check only)

                        Attach voided check to F.A.C.T.S. form if paying tuition via checking account. 

                        Completed Promotional/Media Release Form.

                        Signed Random Drug Testing Agreement

 

 

Any registration forms received after the March 7th registration will be marked with the date received. We cannot guarantee space in the class of 2013 for those who register after March 7th.
